🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟

Today we’re celebrating one of our amazing Support Workers, Lucy!

With 13 months at Integrated and a strong background in early childhood and disability education, Lucy brings deep knowledge and genuine care to every shift. She studied a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Special Education) and a Bachelor of Disability Studies, graduating in 2016. Since then, she has spent 7–8 years teaching and providing individual support to people with special needs.

Lucy shares:

“I love the supportive team culture and empathetic environment at Integrated Clinical Support. I am proud to be part of a team that works collaboratively to deliver consistent, high-quality care. I value building meaningful and trusting relationships with clients and enjoy learning about each person’s individual needs while supporting them to identify their strengths. This role is both fulfilling and rewarding.”

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending quality time with her family. She loves weekend getaways to the Adelaide Hills, walking, and participating in group fitness classes. Lucy also enjoys cooking and listening to a good podcast.

Lucy is focused on continuing to grow within the Integrated team and is passionate about advocating for people with disability. She is committed to contributing to a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
