For participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, supports are delivered through Integrated Clinical Support, operating as a non-registered NDIS provider.
This pathway offers flexibility and choice, supporting participants to access services aligned with their NDIS goals while maintaining control over how their supports are managed.
Agency -Managed Participants
Integrated Community (Registered NDIS Provider)
For participants who are agency- managed, supports are delivered through Integrated Communities, operating as a Registered NDIS provider.
This pathway ensures services are provided in line with NDIS registration requirements while maintaining a strong focus on inclusion, connection, and participant choice.
