For participants who are SIL and/or agency- managed, supports are delivered through Integrated Community, operating as a Registered NDIS provider.
This pathway ensures services are provided in line with NDIS registration requirements while maintaining a strong focus on inclusion, connection, and participant choice.
Self-Managed & Plan-Managed Participants
Integrated Clinical Support (Non-Registered Provider)
For participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, supports are delivered through Integrated Clinical Support, operating as a non-registered NDIS provider.
This pathway offers flexibility and choice, supporting participants to access services aligned with their NDIS goals while maintaining control over how their supports are managed.
