This April, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Don, a valued member of our team who brings both experience and heart to everything he does.

With over 15 years of experience in the support sector, including nearly three and a half years with Integrated, Don has built a strong passion for supporting others and making a meaningful difference in the community. His dedication and genuine care for participants truly reflect the values we stand for.

Don shares that what he loves most about working at Integrated is the supportive and inclusive environment: a place where everyone is treated equally, feels acknowledged, and is valued. This sense of connection and respect is something Don not only appreciates but actively contributes to every day.

Outside of work, Don enjoys spending time on backyard projects, building things from scratch, and getting into the garden. He also loves cooking and, most importantly, values time with his family, especially heading off on road trips together.

At the heart of everything Don does are his goals: supporting his family, helping his children succeed, and continuing to give back to the community. He is passionate about making a difference and hopes to inspire others to support those who may need a little extra care.
